Job Description

    Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounts (Treasury Team)Profile -
    • To review Bank Reconciliation and Finance costs (including LC, BG & its capitalisation)
    • Responsible for accounting for Finance costs, Debt, Equity, Ind AS (EIR)
    • To ensure appropriate use of working capital and park the surplus in Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds
    • Ensure Intercompany Treasury Transaction are as per Board approvals and in compliance with companies act, RBI etc. (Investment & Advances)
    • Prepare Cash Flow Position (Bank Escrow Account, Current Account, TRA Account)
    • Check accuracy, completeness, obligation & rights while servicing debt and accounting for interest Income.
    • To prepare various Bank related MIS reports and data points for internal & external stake holders
    • To assist in finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and follow strict timeline
    • To help other team member or any other work as may be required in accounts, finance & taxation function of the organization.
    • Deal with Banks and lenders on day today basis for various transactions
    • Independently manage the Internal and Statutory Audit and Due Diligence for treasury function and add value in terms of process improvement, automation and or savings in outflows / increase of inflows.
    Candidate Expectation (On Role Profile)
    • Fresher or 1-2 years experienced CA or 5+Years experienced Inter CA (CA Drop out)
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Should have excellent knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word,
    • Self-driven, open to new learnings and understanding of various business drivers
