Job Description

    We have been retained by one of the top 10 Pharma companies to hire Assistant Manager & Manager Accounts for Marketing services to be based at their HO located in the western suburbs of Mumbai. Details of the position are mentioned below:
    • Company: Our client is one of the Top 10 pharma companies with a sales turnover of more than 5,000 Crores. The company is a multi divisional company, each company promoting a specific range of products.
    • Designation: We have 2 positions to be filled up. One is Assistant Manager - Accounts (Marketing Services) and the other one is Manager Accounts - Accounts (Marketing Services)
    • Job Location: Mumbai Western Suburbs
    • Educational Qualification: For the position of Manager Accounts: CA & for the position of Assistant Manager Accounts: B.Com, M.Com. CA (Inter)
    • Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Monitoring and Reviewing Marketing Service Expenses
    • To Overseas Selling and Marketing services expenses.
    • To Prepare various MIS report for Marketing service expenses.
    • To Develop a robust system to identify control issues.
    • To Ensure that applicability of Tax all the expenses has been correctly captured.
    • Interact with cross function in timely and efficiently manner and resolve their query.
    • To support the Accounts team for reviewing and capturing Marketing and promotional expenses
    • To support to do various reconciliations of marketing service expenses.
    • To keeping a track of latest amendments in Tax Laws and assessing impact of the same on the companys business.
    • To support the automation of various reports to the team.
    • To have good knowledge of preparation of SOP for various transactions.
    • To be proactive and take active participation in all day to day issues related to marketing and promotional expenses of the organization.
    • To introduce and implement various Tax Benefit schemes & ideas, Tax Incentive schemes, etc.
    • To keep an eye on identifying the leakage in Tax Outflow.
    • To have adequate knowledge of SAP systems.
    • To have advance knowledge of MS excel.
