MSW preferred - Supporting the branches in receiving and processing charity applications (Minimum 20applications every month).- Maintaining relationship with the Government and NGOS.- The CSR Manager has to capture valuable information about emerging social andenvironmental issues by engaging with key stakeholders in government, civil society andNGOs to develop project proposal- Planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring the CSR projects in the particularstate.- To establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employees in the implementation ofCSR projects.- To understand industry standards for measurement and establish CSR performanceindicators to bring the organization in line.- To develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy,delivery and performance for the region- To establish charity partnership programs and develop relationships with keybusiness contacts within partners- To act as the main point of contact in the Community for the charity activities of thecompany- To ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate businessethics, CSR targets and performance- To attend relevant industry events to act as the knowledge leader and expert for CSR,
