Job Description

    Data Maintenance and communication : - Effective written and oral communication skills to present and articulate data with sales oriented analysis- Ability to identify potential improvement areas and do a deep diving on data for potential white spaces- Should be able to effectively engage with cross functions for collaborations and interact with sales teams for prompt solutions- Understand and update all necessary systems, trackers, details for seamless management at all times- Regularly update and maintain the various trackers/reports/dashboards.- Carry ownership for every MIS/Dashboards and close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved- Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format using advanced macros and pivot tables. - PowerPoint design skills to translate business strategy into professional presentations will be a value addition. MIS Analysis : - Database Mining, Adding and increasing the database.- Data Collation and Management - Putting data as per structure and manage data as per pre-described formats.- Analytic Reports and MIS - Create business intelligence reports to support sales, marketing, management and market information. Requirements : - MBA with 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales Support / MIS & Analytics in Insurance, Banking set up.- Excellent in MS Excel (Office, Access, Word etc.)- An Analytical Mind set with Problem-solving skills- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Good communication and inter-personal skillsThis job opening was posted long time back.
