Job Description

    Location: Fort, CST/ MumbaiJob Summary: As a Talent Acquisition cum Training Manager, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to the organization and implementing effective training programs to support organizational goals.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
    • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
    • Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to source high-quality candidates.
    • Handle full life cycle recruitment activities, including posting positions, pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, and closing.
    • Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
    • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and training.
    • Develop training content, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials.
    • Experience with e-learning/LMS is preferable.
    • Maintain and track pre and post-training MIS.
    Required Candidate profile:
    • Prior recruitment experience with training exposure is highly desirable.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with HR practices and training methodologies.
    • Proficiency in recruitment and training software.
    • Ability to work with diverse individuals and skill sets.
    • Proactive, high energy level, self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
