Job Description

AVP, Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery of talent across for Business Vertical
  • Deep understanding of the BPO industry and local markets to suggest and build appropriate sourcing strategies to attract high caliber candidates
  • Drive channel mix keeping focus on Cost Per Hire and On time delivery to business
  • Focus on establishing talent market expertise including comprehensive view of the industry trends and competitors (Market Intelligence); provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and an understanding of talent needs.
  • Drive diversity into external sourcing in alignment with global diversity program.
  • Define guidelines including crafting of processes, reporting and metrics, and performance SLAs
  • Drive process compliance by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them
  • Partner with recruitment marketing on outreach strategies, hiring campaigns and employer positioning on social media
  • Ensure Internal customer happiness and drive Hiring NPS
  • Critical issue point of contact to address business / partner customer concerns
  • Responsible for any organizational change at local level
  • Drive Tech Initiatives at site level with the team
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications
  • Any Graduate
  • Recruitment experience in IT / ITES industry
  • Extensive experience within a resource acquisition and development function within in IT / ITES industry
  • Strong local industry knowledge
Preferred qualifications
  • MBA/Masters in HR
  • Flexibility for Travel: With in India is encouraged as needed
