Job Description

    *Roles and Responsibilities
    • Drive portfolio revenues through effective inroads in the existing base, and consistently increase activation of the client towards product penetration. Ensure activation, balance build, digital usage, cross sell, retention and revenue realization in line with the budget
    • Drive the customer engagement charter that deepens relationship, enhances experience and adds to CVP
    • Work with stakeholders that effectively aligns across product teams, regions, support functions to co-create and demonstrate business values
    • Work with the frontline in tracking qualification of newly acquired clients
    • Periodically track portfolio quality and client qualification journey (how fast clients reaching qualification
    • Drive campaigns, offers, trainings, projects, etc. to ensure upliftment of CVP and thereby growth in portfolio / revenues
    • Establish, drive and co-ordinate the country strategy, execution and priorities to deliver sustainable growth across Affluent (Priority, Premium and any other which are added) Segments, ensuring that we fulfil our potential and realize the significant revenue and operating profit growth opportunity that the segment represents.
    • Track and monitor revenue, portfolio health and movement of existing portfolio in line with budget
    • Drive penetration and messaging strategy/calendar working closely with product, marketing, analytics, campaign operations
    • Regular monitoring and review of campaign outcomes jointly with product, marketing, analytics
    • Develop customer value proposition, service and relationship management experience that is distinctive, market-leading and scalable, while being consistent with the global strategy and framework.
    • Identify flaws and limitations in product design and escalate to Retail & Wealth Management Product for resolution. Similarly identify flaws in processing and escalate to GTO for resolution.
    • Determine the optimal balance of branch and other channel usage, and in collaboration with the country team ensure plans are developed and implemented to drive new business sales and Assets Under Management (AUM), across all product groups.
    • Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities; and submit new product proposals
    • Add new clients, enhance pipeline processes, and improve cross-sell and effective tail management to achieve greater productivity and market penetration.
    • Introduce and drive bundled solutions that deepen relationships and address client needs by improving levels of capability and productivity as well as process efficiency.
    • Deliver profitable income growth and be held accountable to achieve sustainable growth in this segment.
    • Ensure a robust strategy is in place to drive portfolio objectives cost effectively
    People & Talent
    • Management graduate with min. 10 years work-experience
    • Strong analytical and business acumen. Ability to problem-solve, synthesize/ analyse diverse information, develop recommendations and take decisions
    • Knowledge on digital banking incl. digital marketing, etc.
    • Excellent project management skills. Preferably professionally qualified
    • Conducts themselves with Integrity and accountability. Is collaborative and respectful.
    • Experience in engaging with senior leaders of bank to drive business / segment objectives
    • Excellent with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point. Technical knowledge on data management and other analytical tools is an additional plus

    • Mandatory to ensure all rules, regulations, guidelines, process, etc. set out by the bank are followed and there is no dispensation
