Job Description

    Publication Support (Content) - Enterprise Risk Management- AssociateYour key responsibilities: Task: Publication support for key ERM documents and intranet sites- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure clear and straightforward communication of complex topics in key ERM documents (e.g. policies, presentations, regulatory submissions, user manuals). This includes converting technical details and jargon (e.g. acronyms) into clear language suitable for the target audience.- Provide quality assurance (QA) for policies, procedures, key operating documents, and regulatory submissions, reviewing them against established standards.- Liaise with SMEs to gain understanding of the topic and source content.- Prepare MIs for ERMs senior management- Structure the layout of documents with a narrative that flows, while highlighting the key messages; standardise the structure and style using existing document layouts or creating new ones if needed.- Update and maintain myDB intranet sites (e.g. creating new content, updating existing material, refining structure).Regulatory Adherence:- Analyse new regulatory developments (consultation papers and final rules) or changes to existing rules and regulations for its relevance to ERM.- Liaise with SMEs to assess the impact of relevant regulations on the bank and identify gaps, if any, in the banks compliance. - Coordinate risk assessments, perform QA checks (both content and format), challenge stakeholder input and clearly articulate recommendations in a timely manner.- Provide inputs to the monthly reporting process.- Manage multiple deliverables at the same time and against tight timelines.- Take decisions on the basis of information made available, including escalation decisions as and when required.Relationship management:- Engage with global senior leadership and SMEs across several disciplines. - Deal independently with ad hoc queries from senior management, regulators and audit.Your skills and experience:Education and Experience:- Relevant university degree (Master) or equivalent necessary.- Several years of relevant professional experience in Communications or a senior reporting role- Some expertise in Risk ManagementCompetencies:- Hands-on working approach with good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.- Excellent writing and communication skills, including business fluent English- Confidence in challenging the status quo and superior relationship management skills.- Ability to present information to senior management in an appropriate way (quality & format).- Ability to independently perform research into a new topic- Ability to tailor communication style to the relevant audience- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once and within tight timeframes.- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Personal characteristics:- A strong communicator and facilitator, able to build excellent relationships and liaise effectively at all levels of the Bank.- A team player and a self-starter, able to work collaboratively in a global diverse team within a complex management structure and virtual team across the globe.- Ability to motivate others.- Focused and self-motivated with continuous improvement mind-set.- Goal-oriented, positive and constructive attitude.- Ability to cope well under pressure and tight deadlines.- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.How well support you : - Training and development to help you excel in your career- Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities- Coaching and support from experts in your team- A culture of continuous learning to aid progression- A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs,
