Job Description

  • Design, Code, Test and Deploy Software based on Business requirements
  • Participate in Software Development Process to help ensure the solutions meet the Business and Design requirements, performance, maintainability and stability
  • Enhance existing systems by analysing Business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs and Project Managers
  • Develop, configure Programs and Scripts that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Unit and Integration Testing
  • Management of CEMS Application that includes but not limited to
    • Creation of BRD, raise Change Requests
    • Coordinate with L3 team to ensure all the request raised by CCC is implemented
    • Participate in UAT, UVT and provide sign off by coordinating with business
    • Assist in resolving CEMS related issues
  • Maintenance of Verint Application that includes but not limited to
    • Creation of new forms in Verint for Service Quality Team India, UAE, WA
    • Creation of reports for the forms
    • Coordination with Orange and Verint team in resolving Verint related issues
  • Maintenance of SharePoint for India, UAE, WA which includes creating SharePoint sites, archive data, resolve any issues on SharePoint
  • Compliance with all audit measures and controls and the group policy
  • Balance control and risk-taking through ensuring the compliance at all levels during process and application development.
  • Ensure mitigation of identified risks
  • Lead Analysis and activities to estimate feasibility, cost and time
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate B.E/B.Tech/MCA preferred
  • Excellent knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma techniques
  • Good knowledge of Web technologies (Asp and .Net)
  • Good knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL) frameworks.
  • Analysis and understanding of Business requirements
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Banking Domain - Cards and Banking Process
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good Programmatic skills
  • Good Documentation skills
  • Manage conflicts and solve problems
Primary Skills:
  • C# .Net, MS SQL, OpenSpan
  • Lean and Six Sigma Techniques (Nice to have)
Secondary Skills:
  • JavaScript, VBScript
  • Excel macro VBA programming
  • BluePrism/Automation Anywhere/Other RPA Tools
