Job Description

    This role will be part of the Global Trade COO Business Efficiency team. This highly visible and influential role will collaborate extensively with global and country stakeholders across trade product, technology, operation, technology and finance to support operation performance improvement. You will have a continuous growth learning mindset and be a catalyst in using data to provide insight to improve operational performance. Main responsibility includes performing business analysis within Trade COO function covering Ops Capacity Model, Cost to Serve, Product/Client profitability analytics, Investment planning and benefit tracking against 5-year efficiency roadmap to improve overall Trade Operations cost efficiency globallyOperation Analytics ManagementManage and improve operation capacity model across countries and GBS and leverage data to provide management with insights on cost saving opportunitiesMeasuring the Cost to Serve from operations and service perspectives across bellwether products with capability to have conversations to drive the right client behaviour.Produce Product/Client profitability analytics to drive conversation with Trade product and GB/CB COO office on unprofitable clientsBusiness Efficiency InitiativesManage and track investment funded initiatives to ensure cost spend in alignment with benefit delivery and PMO guidelines are followed.Support monthly Financial and Business Efficiency review at global and regional level to ensure meeting budgetSupport (or drive as required) transformational initiatives, foster ideation and structure execution to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with our organization s strategic goals; such as streamline processes, enhance productivity, reduce risk, improve controls, leveraging technologies.Facilitate agile squad set up to improve trade business performance at country levelPeople and Stakeholder ManagementBuilding strong stakeholder relationships both at senior level, influencing people with different agendas to adopt new concepts and different ways of workingEffectively communicate with key stakeholders, engender trust with stakeholders and advise operations on the potential implications of stakeholder prioritiesCreate & encourage innovation friendly organisational environment within Trade COO team; research market trends related to process, technology & innovation (inside & outside operations) and share ideas within SCB to seek support to implement & encourage creative thinking across Trade COO.Formulate Best in class practices and apply agreed methodologies in driving operational effectiveness outcomes.StrategyExhibit qualities which demonstrate the group s strategy. International exposure, ability to handle cultural diversity and developing high performers are essential to this role.,
