  • To handle the Knowledge Management tool LinQ, change management, Campaign & Promo Management. To keep the tool abreast and up to date with the pace of the bank
  • Managing existing Process note amendments / Reviews (PDU)
  • Standard checker role- Product / Process / CIB/ Quiz
  • Stakeholder Management & LinQ error handling
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Change Management:
  • CIB content preparation and CIB assessments
  • Process note updating on LinQ
  • Products Review & updating on LinQ
  • Adhere to the expected turnaround time
  • CQFS forms Creation & report generation
  • Knowledge assessments rollout as per training team requirement (TNA, MSR.etc)
  • Updation of News Flash (Down times etc.)
  • Customer Data Confidentiality to be strictly adhered to
  • User Maintenance - activities like ID creation, deletion, clean up activity as per the Head Count List
  • CIB Reports publishing
  • Categorizing the errors & observing any trend
  • Give constructive feedback to reduce the errors
  • End to end managing Knowledge Management tool
Campaign Management:
  • Designing campaign management framework
  • Seeking complete details for a campaign & BID
  • Track for any campaign breach
  • Check for any Frontline impact & keep the stakeholders informed
  • Adhere to the expected turnaround time
  • Monthly call with products team on campaigns
  • Maintaining Campaign repository
Process Development:
  • Process note review & amendment
  • Adhere to the expected turnaround time
Vendor Management:
  • LinQ Vendor management
  • LinQ discrepancy / error handling
  • Deploying new enhancements if any
  • UAT testing
Audit & Controls:
  • Maker Checker process to be followed for every content updating
  • Customer Data Confidentiality to be strictly adhered to
  • Maintain repository of all approval mails for OR review
