Job Description

    • Financial Analysis of client entity
    • Preparation of financial projections and CMA for submission with lenders
    • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
    • Conduct preparation and review of materials used in raising financing for clients, including project report, summary profile, complete project documentation with relevant documents.
    • Dealing coordinating between lenders and clients for submission of all relevant information/documents and smooth execution of project
    • Assisting lender in assessment of project from financing perspective including timely submission of relevant information
    • Negotiation on key terms of lending
    • Assistance in complete loan documentation including payment of stamp duty
    • Coordination for LC discounting activities for various clients
    • Be responsible for specific components of the work including but not limited to:
    • Analyzing and summarizing financial performance
    • Building financial Models
    • Developing PowerPoint and Word documents
    • Online subject research activities
    • Build an in-depth understanding of clients business
    • Support to identify opportunities for debt proposals
    • Support in executing the mandate end to end
    • Develop deep understanding of the Industry in which the client operates along with customer profile and expectations
    • Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
    • Converting unstructured information into structured decision-making tool for the client
    • Work closely with client and lender for data exchange on regular basis
    • Development financial modelsfor debt raising transactions.
    • Performdue diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
    • Create presentations for client portfolios.
    • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
