Job Description

    Criteria:-
    • Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate with minimum 10 years proven record in sales & marketing of APIs, bulk drugs, fine & specialty chemicals.
    • He/She should be result oriented, have the ability to enjoy challenges and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills.
    • He/She should be a team player and should be able to effectively coordinate with the manufacturing unit and within the department
    Job Responsibility:
    • Sales of APIs, Bulk drugs and Fine Chemicals for PAN catering to pharmaceuticals, Food Industries
    • Responsible for growth of sales and profitability of assigned territory and product segments.
    • Co-ordination with other Internal Department.
    • Responsible for Updating customers with new product line, maintaining and closing the accounts.
    • Responsible for existing sales & new customer developments
    • Submit monthly and/or quarterly forecast reports.
    Proactive involvement in the effective implementation of the monthly sales plan through an understanding of the market, customer requirements and sales targets, coupled with the knowledge of the business supply chain activities. Alongside, the ability to develop marketing and future sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions to increase the client portfolio of the business.Prefer English, Hindi & Marathi speaking.- Leading a team effectively to ensure sales targets are met.- Working towards and achieving certain KPIs / monthly targets- Regularly traveling and visiting new customers and existing customers to expand sales opportunities.
