Job Description

• Designing Application Architecture, Data Model, Data Engineering.
• High Level Design, Low Level Design, Security Design, DevSecOps.
• Conducting Pilot and Prototype, Pattern Library, Open-Source Enforcement.
• Operations Interface, Delivery Interface, Audit Interface, Cloud Adoption.
Business
• Create software HLD, reviews key technical specifications and test strategies, Implements design plans, enforces SDF documentation on software development for every unique software requirements.
• Oversee Release Management / Deployment plans to handle roll outs and roll backs. Monitors critical rollouts closely and update management and stake holders.
• Constantly look for opportunities to propose cost save initiatives, like exploring open systems and present it to Business stakeholders.
• Represents the technology in internal and external meetings with business, auditors and SCB forums.
• Oversees Service Request (Enhancements, bugs) and Service Quality Review with Product Vendors.
• Participate / Contribute in organizational initiatives like TechEx drive, Cloud Pattern Library, etc.
• Understand and implement DevSecOps in new areas as well as in the existing application.
• Create or propose Application Architecture adhering to Software Development Standards.
• Participate the in the POC / POT and present the outcome to Senior Stakeholders.
• Effective management of Risks and recording of risks in the Risk portal.
• Create LLD and ensure to walkthrough with respective Stakeholders.
• Create Data Model (Star / Snowflake) and design Data Engineering.
• Collaborating with different teams across geographical location.
• Conduct product review meetings with Multiple Vendor entities.
• Ensure to maintain the records of TPS cost post go live.
• Run pilot / protype projects independently.
• Forefront the Cloud adoption.

Our Ideal Candidate 13 years of Technology experience
• Have good functional knowledge on Banking / financial services with 5 years of Banking industry experience.
• Hands on experience on Oracle DB, Oracle PLSQL, Control M, Datastage, etc.
• Hands on experience on Unix, Windows, batch scripting and shell scripting.
• Have basic knowledge on Cloud ecosystems like IAAS, PAAS, SAAS.
• Understanding to various cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, OAC.
• Have hands on experience in design and implementation of HA environments in Cloud / On-prem.
• Have hands on experience on BI Accelerators like Dremio or Presto.
• Have hands on experience on BI Tools like OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI.
• Have hands on experience in Hadoop, Hive, Spark and Scala.
• Should previously have on the ground experience in running a largescale software development, support and Infra teams with handing parallel projects.
• Should previously have experienced in key dimensions of software development (Architecture, Solution, Development, Testing, Infra Solutioning, IT Costing and Financials).
• Must also be familiar with a variety of programming languages, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, ETL Principles, BI Principles, Analytics, Data Principles, Scripting and Automation.
• Experience in remotely working in occasional unusual hours due to the different time zones.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and visibility skills.
• Should have done troubleshooting and be able to assess quickly the complex situations.
• To keep up to date with the latest developments in the technology industry.
• Should have experience in collaborating with teams across geography.
• Diligent handling of Ambiguity and Effective Decision Making.
• Experience in developing and supporting high BC applications.
Must have 13 Years of Technology experience
• Good knowledge in DevOps Concepts and exposure to tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.
• Hands on experience in Large scale projects involving Data warehouse projects, Datamarts, Datalakes.
• Have extensive knowledge on Cloud ecosystems like IAAS, PAAS, SAAS in AWS / Azure.
• Good awareness in different Cloud service providers including Azure and AWS.
• Hands on experience on reporting tools like Oracle OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau.
• Must have hands on preparing HLD and LLD for large scale projects.
• Basic exposure to Big Data technologies, Hadoop and HaaS.
