Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities: - Work closely with leadership to drive a program of innovation and digital transformation with a focus on creating real business-value- Be an advocate for the organizations vision, diverse initiatives and value proposition, helping to remove barriers and align the team in the understanding of the digital transformation journey- Meet sales targets- Lead and motivate the team to deliver results- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.- Build a strong pipeline. Proactively and accurately manage opportunity pipeline- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify winning strategy.- Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.- Establish a sales training program to train new employees.- Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver results- Achieve high CSAT ratings by exceeding customer expectations- Propose and present solutions that align to prospects and/or clients needs, goals and objectives.
