    Dear Aspirants,Greetings for the Day!!We are hiring for the Position of Full Stack Developer at Bangalore Location for one of our Leading IT ClientPFB Details for the same:JOB DESCRIPTION:KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITYWorking with business and operational teams and across the capability areas, contributing to the development and maintenance of products and solutionsDeveloping state of the art best practices in the team.Leading product development, sparring with product owners and business SMEsDeveloping front end and back-end applications on node.js + react tech stack.Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.Designing, developing, and integrating APIs.Code Reviews within an agility focused iterative development approach.Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.Being accountable for delivering quality software quickly, reliably, and safely to production and taking ownership for the product design and delivery.Breakdown and analyze complex workflows and systems, identify inefficiencies/areas for improvement, and define solutions to improve the client experience.Scouting market for latest technical developments and bringing state of the art capabilities into the team. Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Must Have:Software: Node JS, React JS, Azure Devops, REST API, Azure B2C/B2BCloud Architecture: MS Azure, O365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, PaaS SQLFrameworks: Expertise with popular python libraries (pandas, numpy etc), Good knowledge of designing and querying SQL Databases, Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript, Bootstrap/MaterialUI/FluidUIGood to have:Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid),Expertise in OOP conceptsExpertise with .NET Framework/.NET CoreBachelors or Masters degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or comparable relevant experience.COMPETENCIESBehavioral Competencies:Complex problem solving & analytical skillsSolution MindsetMultitaskerGood Communication SkillsTakes ownership and makes effective decisionsPlanned and organizedInterpersonal Expertise:Resolves conflicts constructivelyRespect for others & differing viewsSupports diversity and understand others perspectivesCommunicates effectively
