Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:-Essential Responsibilities:Be part ofAzure Cloud migrationwhich involves large scale migration of windows and Linux operating systemsConfigure migration appliance in on-premise and perform replication to Azure cloudMonitor migration activities and troubleshoot migration related problemsPerform high level application portfolio analysis to identify candidate applications and workloads for migration to the CloudTo conceptualize, implement & delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in Azure Public Cloud.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for delivering successful cloud migration program.Build Azure cloud architecture that involves large scale environments with Windows and Linux operating systemsEnsure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.Delivery of complex solutions to issues in Azure cloud which might include but are not limited to :- Architecture, Configuration, Security, Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Infrastructure etc.,Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years experience overall IT industry experience.Minimum of 3+ years experience in Azure Cloud and cloud Migration.Experience in any of Azure cloud migration tools such as Azure Migrate, Cloudscape, Cloudamize, RiverMeadow etcHands-on experience on enterprise level cloud migration projects in Azure public cloud.Strong knowledge on the Azure Cloud Stack (IaaS/ PaaS/SaaS).Experience in application/ system architecture, building/ running distributed/ scalable solutions on the Azure platform.Good understanding of database architectureGood understanding on PowerShell scripts and ARM templates to automate the provisioning and deployment process.Good understanding of Governance, Security, Backup, Identity and DR conceptsUnderstanding of network design principles VPN, Express route, Load balancing, Azure Application gateway, WAF, Network watcher, Traffic manager, User define Routing etc.,Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.Client focused with strong presentation and written communication skills.Microsoft Azure Certifications would be an added advantage.
