Job Description

    Drive sales through key accounts and contract with new agents Database management and Travel agency mapping Handle help desk calls to answer queries of existing customers and also onboard new customers. Regular follow up with the Corporates to create long-term engagements for both businesses i.e. Domestics Internationals. Promote current deals, E-visas, Tour packages, and other products Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
    • Build and maintain client relations/ Able to Generate & assign new agent base/ Work on market opportunities & convert them into business.
    • Drive sales through key accounts and contract with new agents Database management and Travel agency mapping
    • Work with internal departments such as the Operation/accounts teams to engage travel agents and clients more deeply.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Possess deep knowledge of travel business product offerings and value propositions.
    • Knowledge & Experience in handling/negotiating contract commercial terms & conditions.
    • Able to independently drive Sales Revenue.
    • Build a strong network with travel agents to get repeat business.
    • Must have experience in International and Domestic tours and Travel Corporate sales
    • Handle help desk calls to answer queries of existing customers and also onboard new customers.
    • Promote current deals, Tour packages, Visas, and other products Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
    • Should have prior experience in Upselling / Sales should have worked in a Target environment before
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement Ready to travel abroad for acquiring new market
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Build and maintain relationships with and maintain client satisfaction.
    • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
    • The incumbent will be assigned a revenue target he/she has to achieve that month on monthly basis.
