Job Description

    Designation- Operation ExecutiveQualification- Bcom / McomLocation- Andheri MumbaiWork Timing- 09:30am - 06:30pmWorking days- Monday to SaturdayExperience- Min 2 Years in Banking OperationsSalary- Best in industry (On payroll of Talisman HR Solution)Key Responsibilities
    • Monitoring and handing Banking related activities like Fund Transfers and Coordinating with Banks, Lenders and Client and ensuring quick and timely turnaround
    • Liasoning with the internal Banking Team, the Escrow Banks and Depository Participants for opening of the Escrow Bank Account and / or the Escrow Demat Account
    • Monitoring of Shares of listed shares on both stock exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE
    • Preparation of Daily Share Monitoring Reports as per the transaction documents and ensure that all the covenants are covered in the reports as per the desired format of lender
    • Notifying lenders and / or pledgors of any triggers in valuation of shares and accordingly issuing the requisite Top Up and / or Top-Down Notices as maybe required
    • Liaison with Lenders for resolving the queries related to daily monitoring report.
    • Other Operational Activities such as CERSAI Filings, Issuance of NOCs, Pledges etc
    Technical Skill:
    • Ability to understand and interpret agreements / documents (Pledge, Escrows, Security Documents etc)
    • Ability to understand the share market and interpret the share valuation
    • Strong team-player
    • Knowledge of Computer skills to assist with the product software
