Job Description

Greetings,We are hiring Banquet Manager for multiple location in india with one of the leading hospitality industry.Job Location : Mumbai , Pune, Nashik,Nagpur,Delhi,Lucknow,Patna & BhubaneswarSalary Offered : Upto 25000/-Interested candidates can email their CV or can WhatsApp to 8080104092Requirement:Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales, preferably B2C or inside sales

  • Fluency in English and respective local language
  • Should be high on energy, polite, matured, polished, smart & should be able to convince
  • Willingness to travel to assigned venues (travel reimbursement applicable)
  • Candidate should have smart phone (Android version 7 or above with call recording facility) to run calling app
  • Candidate should have their own laptop
  • Willing to work 6 days / week
  • Pleasant personality is a must
  • Basic Computer Knowledge required (Should know MS Word & MS Excel as they will have to update & manage data)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Call & Follow-up on all incoming inquiries / leads
  • Show the venue to all walk-in customers
  • Convert leads to visits and convert visits to bookings
  • Coordinate with caterer and decorator to ensure all commitments are delivered
  • Maintain a good relationship with venue owners and other stakeholders Work with the corporate team to market the venue and to execute any local marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all incoming customer leads are connected with through the calling app and lead conversion / sales maximisation to achieve sales target and drive profitability along with other business metrics, as communicated
  • Maintaining relationships with Customers and Venue Owners
  • Vendor optimization identification and negotiation of vendor rates for signing and approving contracts as per guidance from the central team
