Job Description

  • Lead the operations for existing service partners including adhering the SOP and achieving SLAs and customer CSAT of the partner service
  • Ensure end goal of getting the partner to independently promote Ideal of the client.
  • Resolve any bottle necks in partner service operations and ensure good health of the partner network .
  • Identify the improvement areas in partner service operations and put up a plan to implement those to improve the operations of the partners.
  • Create a new pool of partners for expanding the network
  • Always looking for improvement in the partners channels for better experience of the customers.
  • Facilitate the partners monthly billing & inventory reconciliation so that the payment goes on time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as service, ops, supply chain, and customer experience .
  • Ensure regular audit of the partner network
  • Job Requirements:
    • Graduates
    • Start-up experience preferred and experience in the partner management is a must.
    • 3+ years of proven successful experience in customer service or customer success
    • Track record of high performance in prior roles
    • Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and how they can create value for the business
    • Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
    • Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing partner needs
    • Strong Domain knowledge of partner management journey
    • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
