    iPromise _JD @ BRANCH MANAGERCompany Overview:iPromise Training & Placement Pvt Ltd, a leading institution dedicated to providing quality education, is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to contribute to our admissions and enrolment efforts. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in attracting prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and facilitating the enrolment process.Key Responsibilities:
    • Operational Leadership:
      • Provide overall leadership for the branch, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
      • Monitor and evaluate operational processes, implementing improvements as needed.
    • Team Management:
      • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of administrative and academic staff.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
    • Sales Management:
      • Lead Management through CRM, Counselling Sales Prospects and converting into Business. Training/Motivating Counsellors to achieve their set sales goals. Preparing Sales report, Conducting meeting to review sales performance and navigate accordingly meet centre goals.
      • Forecasting the sales volume and creating sales funnel for next month/quarter. Making Strategies and execute to meet exceed goals.
    • Student Services:
      • Oversee student services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students.
      • Address student inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
    • Financial Management:
      • Develop and manage the branch budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
      • Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and financial performance against targets.
    • Marketing and Outreach:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase enrollment.
      • Represent the institute at local events, fairs, and community gatherings to enhance the institutes presence.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure adherence to academic quality standards and institute policies.
      • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of educational services.
    • Collaboration with Central Office:
      • Collaborate with the central office on strategic planning, reporting, and implementation of institute-wide initiatives.
      • Provide regular updates on branch activities, performance, and challenges.
    • Facilities Management:
      • Oversee the maintenance and security of the branch facilities.
      • Coordinate with vendors and facilities staff to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
    • Proven experience in branch management or a related leadership role, preferably in the education sector.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Budgeting and financial management experience.
    • Knowledge of local education regulations and market trends.
    • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
