Job Description

    Indias Leading Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Officer to join our growing team! As the face of the bank in our branch, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, building relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.Responsibilities:
    • Generate new customer leads through market outreach, branch walk-ins, and referrals.
    • Prospect and acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and other retail banking products like Fixed Deposits, Loans (Auto, Personal etc.), Demat Accounts, and Credit Cards.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, understand their financial needs, and offer personalized solutions.
    • Achieve and exceed set sales targets for various banking products.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of all bank products, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
    • Ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations while onboarding new customers.
    • Contribute to a positive and professional branch environment.
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
    • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably within the banking sector.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
