Job Description

    Responsible for supporting Business Risk Organization (BRO) with approved tasks as well as ad hoc inquiries Responsible for preparation and/or reviews reports across various timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).o Create report to monitor the status of mandatory training on a weekly basis for two business divisionso Periodic review & update of firm disclosure brochure as per business requirement Organize and manage content submission across multiple business areas for monthly and quarterly meetings hosted by the Business Risk Organization (BRO). Candidate is responsible to finalize content in conjunction with BRO team and take meeting notes. Collaborate with peers to provide backup coverage as needed Create and maintain procedure documents for tasks to ensure completeness and accuracy Review any risks which may have a significant effect on the Business Division. Governance and maintenance of key procedural controls within Global Wealth Management (GWM) Your teamYou will be working in the Global Wealth Management Americas - Advisory Planning & Products (APP). Advisory Planning & Products (APP)s vision and mission is to be the leading provider of wealth management APP to (Ultra) High Net Worth clients and prospects and the firm of choice for the industrys best Financial Advisors. APP accomplishes this by enabling our Advisors to deliver a planning-driven, differentiated client experience supported by industry-leading intellectual capital, investment excellence and integrated tools and platforms., You have: a bachelors degree required, higher degree preferred 7+ years of experience in business management, business reporting or risk management a wide degree of business / product knowledge, technologically savvy, and advanced people skills familiarity working with large databases in multiple systems (i.e access, excel) strong communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiencesYou are: proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative Preferably you also have: experience in Wealth Management and/or Business Reporting
