Do you want to join the team to crunch the data and deliver these tools in our international team, come and see our plans and share your ideas DIPL Mumbai is looking to hire a qualified professional with business-based academic backgrounds to join the Client Experience (Client Enablement & Risk Management) Team. The team member will be responsible for providing extensive support on Project Management activities to multiple onshore stakeholders in a virtual global team. This will mainly include stakeholder management, coordination & communication for Regulatory/ Business transformation Project and Risk Management topics.Your key responsibilities
    • Delivering of communication and training plans for large scale projects
    • Co-ordinating activities related to internal and external communication
    • Development of content for homepages, share points and other communication media in co-operation with Product Management
    • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing & Communication, Legal, Group Data Protection etc.
    Technical Skills (Good to have)
    • Exceptional communication skills enabling effective stakeholder management across the organization and all management levels globally
    • Experienced as PMO in large scale programs as well as process management skills
    • Expertise in structuring difficult context into clear messages
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    Behavioral Skills (Need to have)
    • Ability to work well in a global team
    • Fluent in English language
    • Ability to work efficient and effective incl. time management skills
