Job Description

Experience in working as business Analyst on HP-UX/AS-400/Mainframe/COBOL systems and underlying applications.
Work with business users, gather requirements, create and prioritize stories.
Perform necessary Quality Assurance activities create test plan, perform acceptance testing
Identify and document clear and concise business requirements; provide transparent insight to downstream (i.e., Technical/Testing) groups to allow for collaborative discussion and documentation.
participate and lead client facing and internal meetings to drive business needs into functional solutions that meet and exceed client and internal needs.
Assist or conduct detailed trainings/walkthroughs and provide necessary support to clients and support team members.
Perform deep analysis of requirements of both internal and external stake holders by interviewing them.
Create and maintain strong and highly productive working relationships to ensure quality outputs.
Implement industry best practices and recommend process changes to boost productivity, development throughputs and overall quality of work
Lead and resolve client functionality challenges during the project lifecycle
Experience in the Insurance domain will be an advantage.
