Job Description

The position is on third party payroll.Require a technical expert who has IT/Networking background, preferably a Developer who has worked on tools and can do analysis. Below are the some skills we are looking for:

Roles and Responsibilities:Own and Drive Digital Strategy and Roadmap for functionDrive identification of requirements across business units and identify potential automation opportunities through a study of existing tools, processes and needs from businessServe as thought leader for business processes, developing forward-thinking automation prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsCreate and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levelsWork closely with Operations team and translate operational requirement into technical requirement with benefits and level of efforts.Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of Automation LifecycleDetermine and develop user requirements for automation units in production, to ensure maximum usability and Development of tools.Coordinate and work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignmentStrict adherence to Organization Information Technology and Security PoliciesClearly define support model and service levels to ensure business continuity Continuously update self on evolving business ecosystem and proactively identify and drive digitalization opportunities Preparing Request For Changes Document and prioritizing it.Ensure cordial working relationship with all stakeholders.Conduct User Acceptance test with support from Operation teamMonitor tool performance post change deployment Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Masters in Computer ApplicationsExposure to Automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence etc. along with traditional scripting / database technologies.
