Job Description

    Greeting from PES HR Services!!We have an excellent opportunity for Business Analyst in Lower Parel location.Position: Business AnalystExperience: 4+ yearsLocation: Lower ParelQualification: IT GraduateNo. Of Openings: 2Key Responsibilities/Accountability & Job Functions:
    • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and tools, e.g. swim lane diagrams, Lean or Six Sigma
    • Writing business cases (including cost/benefit/payback analysis)
    • Writing business functional requirements specifications
    • Designing test plans and writing test scripts
    • Designing project plans
    • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies, preferably Prince2
    • Familiarity with the transformation process issues around the implementation of electronic document management and workflow technologies
    • Familiarity with tools, e.g. MS Office, Visio, MS Project, Power Point, etc.
    • Perform feature tests based on a thorough understanding of feature requirements and desired behavior with cross-browser compatibility testing
    • Functional testing, regression testing, and Responsive & compatibility testing on Mobile based apps and website
    • Identify and report general website bugs and other functional / usability issues in web applications and internal software tools to the development team
    • Validate fixes and maintain clear and appropriate bug tracking documentation preferably Mantis
    • Write and execute test cases/scenarios to verify specifications
    • User Acceptance Testing
    • Communicate clearly and efficiently with application developers and product owners through the reporting, validation, and resolution issues as and when required
    Skills required:
    • Managed or worked on software development projects
    • Writing functional specifications
    • Producing test plans/scripts and training plans
    • Design, plan and execute work to time, cost and quality targets
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Ability to take a structured and effective approach to work
    • Excellent verbal and written (technical) communication skills to explain bugs and other issues identified and produce bug reports, documentation, and feedback to both product owners and software developers
    • Ability to test web applications within deadlines
    • Proficient in working in a collaborative working style
