Location : Powai(Currently WFH)Notice Period : 30 days or less.Job Purpose and Responsibilities :- Analyst for COLLECTIONS APPLICATION.- This includes the ability and skills to develop and manage business requirements, technical requirements, and schedules with a view on resource utilization.- Analyst is expected to interact and communicate with business, operations, technical, and executive management teams along with senior levels of client management to assure products and solutions directly addresses their business and technical requirements.- Present and future product/service views are necessary to ensure the product lifecycle.- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and element.- Querying SQL/Oracle DB and an understanding of DBMC concepts.- Optimize database schemas and performance tune SQL queries.- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.- Improve system by studying current practices; designing modifications.- Maintain timelines for production views with development schedules- Lead technical discussions with internal stakeholders and vendor teams- Define technical requirements and various needs related to services and integration- Effectively present ideas and product scope to internal and external audiences- Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, Security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).Requirement :- Overall 4 to 6 years- experience in handling projects- Worked on Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL databases.- Knowledge & understanding of database.- Knowledge of Middleware like JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, etc.- Understand project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, and others- Prior experience of working on Collections application will be an advantage.- Prior experience of working on web application as well as mobile application is desirable.- Experience developing and managing standard project management documents and processes (Project Charter, Requirements Document, Project Change Management, etc.)- Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes will be an advantage.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, re-enforcing team building and empowerment,
