Mission and main activities:In the context of the deployment / evolution of our tools, the mission mainly consists in handling the following tasks:Modeling and configuration:- Modelling of Operational Processes in the Aris Business Designer tool- Control Plan setup in the ARIS Risk and Compliance Manager tool - Configuration of periodical reports in the reporting tool- Drafting of Business Requirements addressed to IT teams- Construction and execution of Test Plans for validation of new developments and/or configurations- Project management for the Deployment of the solution- Workload and cost estimation- Setup and follow-up of roadmaps, work schedules- Organization of scoping meetings, deployment and user training workshops- Change management support for high volume of users- Post-deployment support and response to technical issuesRequirements and skills :- At least 4 years of Project Management experience- Significant Banking experience- BPM approach prior knowledge- Prior expertise of the ARIS tool is an asset - Prior experience in Operational Risk Management is an asset Considering the wide geographic and business type coverage of the application, English skills are imperative for this position.,
