Working in a team environment, the Manager- SAM is responsible for managing customer s licenses. The Manager will assist customers in understanding and controlling their software licensing entitle- ment, avoiding legal pitfalls related to licensing by leveraging industry best practices while expanding host company licensing opportunities and building more-profitable, long term relationships with our customers .Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities for the RoleOn-going support of customer s entitlement for different publishersPerforming reconciliation analysis for different publishersCreating customized reports and comparison for cost savingsAnalyzing & consulting customer s entitlements for multiple publishersProviding SAM Analysis & RecommendationsAnalyze customers license contractsAnalyze customer s data Entitlement & InventoryCreating Compliance Reports for the customersServing as the Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries in delivery of GDC servicesLeading the execution of projects by managing tasks executed by supporting team members and yourself Creation of reports/documentation as per engagement requirementsActive management & allocation of tasks & task type to ensure balanced workload distribution across the project teamExecution of individual tasks on projects based on the guidance provided by the ManagersTask specific & cross service training for the associated/eligible team membersSupport the manager on managing team s utilizationManagement of the Quality of the engagement deliverable across assigned team members & ensuring 100% adherence to Quality standards.Accurate Completion & submission of the Quality Checklist for each taskEnsuring 100% process adherence and delivery within the defined SLASkills Required:7-8 years professional experience in licensing industry with successful SAM Management / software licensing experience across publishers is a mustUnderstanding of different publisher licensing modelsCopyright knowledge for software licensingSAM Accreditation (good to have)Good in Microsoft Excel & PowerPointCore Capabilities:Strong Methodical skillsStrong Analytical skillsStrong presentation & communication skillsQuality oriented personalityFunctional Capabilities:Highly motivated and result orientedStrong organization, multitasking and time management skills Solid Problem solving and consultative skillsPersonality:Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problemsMotivate & inspire team membersKeen on detailing and logical reasoningMaintain healthy group dynamicsProvide guidance to the team based on management directionAbility to professionally interact with people of diverse cultures and regionsAbility to juggle multiple projects/activities simultaneouslyCreate an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creativethinking & cohesive team effort.Recognize & celebrate team & individual accomplishments & exceptionalperformanceStrong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and timemanagement skillsStrong networking abilities.SAM- Mana g erJOB DESCRIPTIONSummaryWorking in a team environment, the Manager- SAM is responsible for managing customer s licenses.
