Job Description

    Company Leading Paint CompanyPosition Business Development Associate -Architect DivisionLocation: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad (3 Open Positions)Salary 24K in hand + Marketing working allowance + Variable PayJob DetailsSales of various products of the Home Improvement division such as faucets, accessories etc. in a specified geography.
    • Architect Mapping Create a database of all active architects in defined geography. Through AID visits in designated geo create and maintain AID tracker, current dealers associated with and current dealing brand. Collect AID database through current dealers.
    • AID Meetings Conduct regular meetings with AIDs. Conduct product briefings through regular contact with AIDs, demonstrate product features through catalogs, samples and collect feedback about the same.
    • Demonstrate product features,
    • Coordinate and liaison with technicians to resolve all AID queries
    • Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on the same - i.e. o Number of catalogs/ collaterals distributed, o Number of product briefings conducted and o Number of AID sites visited
    • Active Architect / Firms To have at least number of active AID firms by end of year. (count will be decided by State head)
    • AID Interaction -Conduct half yearly AID events/ schemes o Create an AID engagement plan encompassing: - AID Meets - AID scheme - conduct research on competition schemes and propose plan for APL engagement within stipulated budgets
    Demand generation - o Meeting retail consumers and builders explaining product properties, with demonstration wherever necessary. o Creating demand for the product at the consumer level and directing the consumers to the closest dealer. o Completing the sales process by ensuring billing to the end consumers. o Collecting information regarding opportunities for sale such as construction activity. o Achieving decided target for secondary sales per months.Desired
    • Experience 1-2 years in sales
    • Work experience with Architect, Interior designers.
    • Female candidate will be preferred first
