Actively and successfully manage the end-to-end sales process.3. Establish a process to segment, scope, target, and sell to prospective clients.4. Grow and develop a sales pipeline through new business development, executingoutbound sales activities, and engaging marketing leads.5. Cold outreach to prospective customers with content based on product understanding.6. Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach, understand theirtechnology stack, and estimate business needs for our solution.7. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on digital media) to identifynew leads and potential new markets.8. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions aboutpurchasing.9. Develop relationships with CMOs, CTOs, CEOs and CIOs of Large/Multinationalbusinesses.10. Have specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve salesgoals as configured in the CRM11. Update the existing CRM system on a daily basis so that reporting is meaningful.12. Participate and network within targeted industry events to build brand exposure andgrow relationships.13. Possess Strong problem-solving skills and effective/collaborative communication skillsYou would be a great fit if you: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you can clearly articulateour value proposition to prospective customers. You have strong research skills. You understand technology and have a knack for finding creative solutions to complexproblems. You have BE/B-Tech/BS/MBA degree or equivalent qualifications. You are a self-motivated individual who has a strong desire to build a long-lastingbusiness. You love working in a fast-paced environment and have overcome objections andrejections from leads on a consistent basis, and tackled opportunities with a competitivemindset.Compensation - Market competitive base salary Variable bonus based on sales targets achievedEducation/Experience
    1. B2B sales experience is a must. Preferably in an ITsoftware industry
    2. Candidates experience should not cross4 years
