Job Description

    Purpose of this position
    1. Engage with potential leads among chronic care patients through home visits and medical camps conducted
    2. Put forward proposition for Company program and convert leads to program
    Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
    1. Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
    2. Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads for sales call for main program
    3. High conversion levels of leads
    4. Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives outside company generated leads
    5. Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer Participation in sales promotion activities
    Day to Day responsibilities:-
    1. To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the assigned Visit as per committed appointment
    2. Ensure deliveries effected for reorders where sales appointment for main program has been fixed
    3. Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up appointments through outbound calling, visiting the leads as per appoint, and converting these additional leads
    Competencies / Skills:-
    1. Good experience and ability to engage and build positive relationships with doctors
    2. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions
    3. Good verbal communication and presentation skills
    4. Excellent customer orientation
    5. Ability and willingness to travel local
