Job Description

1) Graduate with good exposure to Business Development in Hotels / Restaurants / Hospitality Industry.2) Minimum 3 - 5 yrs of experience3) Develop institution clients to sell bakery and food products.4) Develop retail Clients for bakery and confectionery products.5) Promote sale on Instagram,on online platforms, on website & other social media an added advantage6) Daily coordinate with Marketing team, Sales team.7) Responsible for achieving targets on weekly & monthly basis.8) Capable of managing clients for entire business practices and procedures; expertise in analyzing clients business and requirements, suggesting and implementing processes to deliver high quality business solutions9) Well versed in sales and marketing lifecycles; skilled negotiator and strategist10) Experience in new business development, competitive market expansion, sales leadership, brainstorming ideas for addressing individual skill gaps & suggesting ways to facilitate the resolution of conflict11) Proficiency in streamlining the process, building successful strategies and business plans, increasing operational efficiencies, and advising on operational, analytical and strategic issues12) Strong communication & interpersonal skills, an ability to effectively interact with various levels of the organization.13) Job location Mumbai [Andheri].
