Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products or services.
    2. Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate with potential customers.
    3. Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver a compelling sales pitch, addressing customer needs and concerns to encourage product/service adoption.
    4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the team lead or supervisor.
    5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
    6. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns professionally, turning them into opportunities to showcase the value of our offerings.
    7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including sales, inquiries, and feedback.
    8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices, strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the telesales team.
    9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions.
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum 12th pass with excellent communication skills in [Specify languages required].
    2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    3. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
    4. Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
    5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
    6. Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
    7. Previous experience in telesales is a plus but not mandatory.
    8. Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
