Job Description

    We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager for our retail luxurystore- The Pure Concept Home.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strongrelationships with clients.Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectivesResearching, planning and implementing new target market initiativesPrepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skillsDeveloping goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.Protects organizations value by keeping information confidentialEnhances organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new anddifferent requests.Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.Helping organization for better brand recognition and financial growth.Requirements:Proven working experience of maximum 6 years as a business development manager or arelevant role for luxury brands onlyMBA degree or PG into Business administrationCommunication negotiation skillsTime management and planning skillsProficiency in MS office especially Excel.Proficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeAbility to build rapportExperience in customer support would be added advantageNo gender preferenceSalary 12LPALocation- TPC Home, Kala Ghoda
