Job Description

Infuse high dose of motivational energy to make the teams stretch towards extraordinary achievements, continuously raising the bar and breaking new sales records.Taking strategic initiatives by institutionalizing process improvements, infusing new ideas and taking region-wide approach to unlock maximum synergy to attain larger incremental scale impacting top and bottom-line Spearheading entire gamut of sales including distribution expansion & coordinating with multi-brand outlets to achieve sales targets in assigned territory / zone, people development, channel management and retailer education for increasing customer base Implementing strategic plan, go-to-market strategy, sales budget, forecasts & business plans for driving revenue growth across the assigned territory.Enhancing the partner business readiness process through the formation and leadership of a virtual team that developed business requirements, designed and delivered partner training Driving innovation and optimization across channels to continuously improve/expand company offerings and customer experiences.Allocating budgets to support channel partner programs, identifying and nurturing key solution providers for leveraging channel strategy Exploring potential business avenues & managed marketing & sales operations for achieving the business targets; initiating market development efforts and increased business growth Leading the Fresh Product Division with a team.Analysing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors activities & providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies Managing different nationality team by providing training and identifying positive behaviour to motivate them and make them more effective Leading a cross-functional team (research, sales, product development, trade marketing, production and legal) for projects targeting sustained growth in high stake states and market development in weak states.
