    Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day!Were Hiring for Business Intelligence Analyst.Job Description For Business Intelligence Analyst.MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo ensure highest professional standards in the areas of relevant activities of the Sales ForceDepartment, in accordance with the Companys business objectives, its philosophy and values.Principal Responsibilities
    • Maximize sales effectiveness through management of Sales Business Systems ensuring
    high quality data integration & integrity
    • Provide accurate & reliable sales effectiveness information in a timely manner to all
    stakeholders
    • Drive the performance of sales effectiveness function in all its dimensions: processes,
    systems & organization.
    • A] Management of Sales Business Systems
    To manage Lynx CRM and Power BI reporting Tool.To implement Sales and Marketing strategies in CRM and BI Systems.To support timely data updation for Doctors, Chemists & stockiest, MCCP & samples.To track the Field Force Activity in terms of their call average, number of days worked,dual visits, call coverage, Platinum/Gold/Silver category coverage, events conducted,etc. and to generate reports and maintain analysis for the same.To partner with Business Capabilities Team to develop user expertise through training& coaching initiatives.To train new recruits on Lynx CRM and its functionalities.To generate LYNX CRM reports and analysis as per the requirements.To provide technical support to the Field Force.To manage events in Lynx.
    • Data Optimisation, Integration and Integrity
    To ensure accuracy of data is maintained in Lynx and dashboard reports.To maintain field attendance for HR department.To co-ordinate with external vendor like TCS, Cognizant for any CRM related issuesHandling all queries related to Business Intelligence (Activity).To monitor and test Data quality and enhancement within LYNX system.
    • Insights and Analytics
    To synchronize Prescription (PDP) status of Doctors.To publish report for sample utilization with sales & promo team.To design and conduct surveys for Segmentation and Targeting in coordination with BusinessIntelligence - Senior Manager.Driving Business Excellence Productivity KPI for Mid-Month & Monthly sales.To work with external agencies for creating framework for Sales Excellence capabilitybuilding and deploying framework.To publish report for sample utilization with sales & promo team.
    • Management of Database Administrator
    Effectively managing & storing all the data related to Lynx CRM.Collating & validation of data for Segmentation & Targeting exercise.
    • Other duties as required
