Job Description

    *DBS Group Research comprises of the Economics/Strategy, Equity and Credit research teams. Our Economics team consists of Economists covering currencies, interest rates, and economies of China/Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, India, ASEAN, Eurozone and US. Our Equity research has a network of analysts covering the Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Thailand and Korea stock markets. One distinctive feature is our unrivalled access to a broad range of companies around the region. In Asia, we employ in excess of 60 analysts covering more than 600 stocks. Combining active bottom-up research with sectoral and macro/thematic analysis (in conjunction with Economics and Markets Research), the team has been able to consistently identify moneymaking investment and trading ideas that outperform the rest.Job PurposeTo support priority sector lending (PSL) business team in performing various activities required for building PSL portfolio including KYC, Vendor & Dealer on-boarding, memo preparation. The job would be on contractual basis valid for one years and renewal thereafter basis requirement.Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / TasksMeeting the customer and collect KYC documents, complete KYC process in accordance with the rules and polices of DBS Conducting site visit & preparing report Collect financial & other business information from the customer Conducting due diligence on the customer Entering customer and account data in various applications Filling forms and loan documents basis data provided Conducting EWSS and other checks on the customer Prepare and get various documents including customer loan documents executed with customer Should be ready to travel occasionally based on organizational requirement Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data Liaising with various departments for completion of task in hand Preparation of MIS reports required for monitoring and reporting purpose Preparation of departmental presentationsExpected Candidate ProfileAcademic Background (Minimum Graduation is required) MBA / CA industrial traineeRelevant Working Experience in number of years 1 - 2 yearsSkills & Competencies required Analytical bent of mind, preparing project reports, financial modelling, making effective presentationsLanguage Skills English reading, writing, speaking Computer Skill Powerpoint, Word, Excel, effective use of search engine,
