Job Description

    Qualification: Candidate to be PG in MLS/MSW/MPM/ Diploma in labour laws/ PGDHRA from recognised university or related field, industry experience can be beneficial, Work Experience :8-10 years Keys skills :

    • Responsible for compliance of labour legislation like PF, ESIC, Minimum wage, Bonus, Gratuity , Contract labour, shop & Establishment etc.
    • Being abreast with the recent amendments and alterations in labour law and issue circulars to all the stake holders from time to time.
    • Have checks over adherence to compliances during vendor empanelment
    • Managing vendor contracts & licenses
    • Liaise with sourcing, legal and compliance for renewals of contract
    • Develop and implement an effective compliance training program for all the stake holders
    • Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
    • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
    • Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
    • Collaborate with external auditors and HR/stake holders when needed
    • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
    • Educate and train stakeholders on regulations and industry practices
    • Address employee concerns or questions on compliance
    • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
    • Designing compliance awareness program for all levels and stake holders of the company.
    • Conducting compliance training & orientation program as per scheduled and predefined calendar.
    • Designing and implementing various compliance awareness visual materials and programs for all levels
    • Ensure Grievance Handling, Enquiry, Disciplinary actions followed as per statutory and regulatory procedures
    • Willingness to learn, execute and incorporate existing organizational process
    • Willingness to work on digital platforms and online portals/tools developed for the organization
    • Work with Sourcing on new agreements with suppliers.
    • Optimize the relationship between suppliers and JPMC. Develop a win-win relationship.
    • A high degree of interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy are required. This position will provide the interface between the supplier and jpmc
    Controls
    • Ensure that the vendors achieve 100% compliance during all the monthly Vendor Compliance Audits.
    • Cross checking and verification of all relevant documents
    • Ensure all Amenities services relevant licenses are up & valid ,Monitor the tracker for renewals
    • Ensure all Amenities services vendor contracts are up & valid ,Monitor the tracker for renewals in partnership with sourcing.
