Job Description

CAMPAIGN QUALITY CHECKER - Bank- Candidates with Digital Marketing Ops will be preferred Role: - Should be able to liaise & understand requests raised by various teams/stakeholders & should provide for the same within TAT- Design, develop and execute simple/complex rules using UNICA Campaign and Siebel Campaign- Manage extensive campaign quality assurance processes prior to campaign execution- Support communications in production; monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure communications are being executed correctly- Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new ad hoc reports using available tools (eg: SQL / Excel)- Help drive the migration of existing communications to the UNICA platform- Manage teams & will need to display good communication skills & should be able to work under pressure for timelines. Experience: - Min 3-4 years of experience in the Campaign execution team where min. 1.5/2 years of knowledge should be as a Campaign Quality Checker - Candidate should have experience in managing at least a 2-3 member team,
