Job Description

    As a Content Publishing Automation specialist, the ideal candidate s prime focus area will be to develop and maintain automation tools that can help improve the team s overall efficiency. This will be in addition to contributing to run-the-engine KRA s including review of HTML documents to identify coding opportunities as well as executing publication of policy and procedures for front-line employees, through internal publication tools. The candidate must be technically proficient in using tools to create online content in an accelerated and deadline-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain enhancement tools that assist in speedy review of content and coding opportunities
    • Publish procedural and other reference materials to online content management systems
    • Conduct quality assessment on incoming procedure documentation, identify and resolve HTML coding opportunities prior to its release
    • Strict adherence to compliance and audit driven requirements from a regulatory standpoint, as well as to established quality guidelines
    • Self-manage portfolio of several publishing assignments at once, meeting all deadlines (including expedited / urgent requests)
    • Contribute to the team s development by sharing knowledge and best practices
    Required Skillset/Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology etc. is preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience with a focus on developing automated solutions
    • Web authoring and editing experience preferred
    • Prior experience and high proficiency in the usage of Python and various libraries within, is a must
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery coding and Adobe Dreamweaver is preferred
    • Experience in Java, RegEx, Content Design, and Microsoft SharePoint development is a plus.

    • Superior verbal, writing, consulting, and relationship building skills
    • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, as part of a global team
    • A team player, with the discipline to work independently within a cooperative team environment
    • Prior experience in using Content Management Systems preferred
    • Skill to work on multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
    • Proactive problem solving that provides multiple solutions
