Job Description

    This is a senior leadership and highly strategic role. You will be responsible for driving the overall Digital Marketing Strategy.You will be accountable for achieving company objectives with regard to revenue, customer acquisition, budget management, and profitability. It requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple internal and external business stakeholders to drive incremental sales, customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking & strategic thinking, project management ability, communication skills, analytical thinking, brand expansion, and creative problem solving with the ability to influence and introduce innovative and impacting marketing programs. Key Responsibilities
    • Drive demand-generation initiatives through strategic account-based-marketing and inside sales
    • Lead our customer/partner marketing program including overall strategy, communication planning, analysis, and optimization.
    • Create and manage quarterly and annual budgets along with headcount requirements working closely with our CEO.
    • Drive customer engagement Retention
    • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Out of the Box Thinking to create new ways of interacting with customers and enhancing the CX
    • Lead the digital marketing P& L end to end
    • Deep expertise in acquisition and some experience with retention marketing; you need to be hands-on
    • You know what it takes operationally day in and day out to bring the strategy to life
    • Youve led a successful multi-channel customer experience communication strategy with customer engagement at the core
    • Build and coach a world-class marketing team
    • Experience establishing and expanding the company s vision to out-execute competitors on thought leadership, analyst/press relations, and content/messaging.
    Qualifications and requirements
    • 12-15 years of experience in leading digital marketing business. Proven track record of achieving revenue plans
    • MA degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
    • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
    • In depth knowledge of market research
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company s success.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with global teams comprised of multiple cities, cultures and commensurate time zones
    • Impeccable organization skills, exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form
