Your primary goal will be to accelerate revenue growth through these partnerships, expand our market reach, and strengthen our position in the industry.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners who align with our business objectives and target markets.
    • Develop and execute partner sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure successful product adoption and sales.
    • Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and report on progress regularly.
    • Foster strong relationships with partners and serve as the main point of contact for any partner-related inquiries or issues.
    • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to drive strategic decisions.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Proven experience in channel partner management or partner sales within the SaaS industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Knowledge of HR function-specific solutions and SaaS platforms is advantageous.
