Job Description

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE - Strategic Operations / Profit Centre Head.One of our clients is the leading manufacturers of Woven and Knit Elastic and Non-Elastic Narrow Fabric, Tape and Webbing for use in the Apparel, Lingerie Sports-related, Medical, Footwear, Luggage, Furnishing and Automotive industries. They are looking for a CEO to be based at their corporate office in Mumbai.- Oversee the entire production, Sales and Marketing, QC, HR, Purchase functions - Measure production performance and implement suitable changes for optimization - To ensure maximum utilization of Manpower, materials, machinery - To suggest manufacturing process improvements to obtain operational efficiency - To control Purchase activities with the support of Purchase Manager - To provide technical support to Production units from time to time - To achieve targeted Production/Sales for the year and ensure desired profitability for the year - To co-ordinate new projects and its timely implementation KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES :RAW MATERIAL AND SUPPLIES : Plan requirements for sourcing.PRODUCTION PLANNING : Plan time and sequence of operations.PROCESS OUTLINE : Define critical points.TECHNICAL SUPPORT : Provide technical training to enhance performance standards.CAPACITY CONSIDERATION : Maximum utilization of available machines at all plants.LABOUR ISSUES : To co-ordinate with contractors.SALES TARGETS : To guide sales teams to achieve their targets.PRODUCTIVITY : To obtain maximum productivity at all three plants.TEAM GOALS : To lead teams and support team members to achieve their goals.TIME MANAGEMENT : Timely implementation of projects, process etc.Salary : 50 to 75 lacs ,
