Job Description

    Responsibilities:1. Financial Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the companys overall objectives. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-term planning, introduction of new programs, and strategies.2. Financial Reporting:Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Present financial information to the executive team and board of directors.3. Risk Management:Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.4. Capital Management:Manage capital structure, debt, and equity financing, and optimize the companys capital resources. Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial insights on potential acquisitions or divestitures.5. Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs. Implement strategies to optimize cash conversion cycles and improve overall cash management.6. Financial Leadership:Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with other executives to provide financial insights and support decision-making across the organization.7. Stakeholder Relations:Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into strategic initiatives.
