*Determines customers needs via direct and cooperative efforts with BD/Sales Personnel. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes. To be the Brand Ambassador for PNS (HNH/ANH) and representing Piramal in technical sessions/Seminars/Conferences at domestic/International Platforms Identify new market opportunities and bring leads to the manufacturing teams (therefore needs to be technically sound) Summarizing the success Stories that can be replicated for future clients/strategies, Unique experience that led to success. Develop communication module (brochures/presentations) to share with the customers and ingredients based product detailing (features/Benefits) To work in the field with sales/BD folks, to promote sales through techno-commercial outlook of the products Assesses market competition by comparing the companys product to competitors products. Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives. Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Collaborate with sales teams via conference calls and in person discussion on product issues/complaints. (Science) / Post Graduate/ MBA EXPERIENCE: Solid and demonstrable experience of 8-12 years Strong understanding of Nutrition sector, market dynamics and product requirements Successful track record in developing new business or commercial products in the sector Works effectively in mutli -location matrix environment and builds networks across functions and geography
