Job Description

Department Description Intelligent Automation team sits within the DPS Digital Platform Services. The team is responsible for managing an overall portfolio of various digital tools, transformation & automation programs and driving such programs to achieve the operational transformation and efficiency goals. Strategic initiatives in the portfolio currently include Digital Process Discovery, Process Mining, Robotics Process Automation, cognitive automation such as machine learning, and other artificial intelligence related initiatives. The team also takes on other tactical initiatives on a case-by-case basis, focused on finding opportunities to generate additional efficiencies across CIB DPS Operations.Looking for high performing Associate to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of current digital tool programs. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to new technologies being implemented within financial services and will require partnership with representatives from across the organization including Business, Finance, Operations and Technology groups, as well as working with external stakeholders, i.e., vendors and market utilitiesKey Roles and Responsibilities Looking for a highly driven Associate to join the group and drive the adoption of Digital Tools across various Operations and help enable successful delivery of the program s objectives. Within the overall Intelligent Automation space, this roles sits within Digital Process Discovery (DPD) and requires you to support the Task Capture and Task Mining requirements globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for key aspects of the end to end program lifecycle including, but not limited to:Working closely with Operations to identify/scope potential processes for Tool Deployment or automation opportunitiesWorking with Operations, Technology and Intelligent Solutions to define & agree the business requirementsLearn various process discovery and mining tools like Syntbots, Signavio and UI Path Partner with stakeholders to ensure key deliveries are met and contribute to the overall success of the program; would be responsible for any content creation for such engagement in partnership with the stakeholder team or internal teamTake responsibility of own work stream or assignment and ensure execution is completed per scheduleWork closely with internal global team to ensure that program deliveries are clearly communicated; will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/periodic reporting on the Program progressRequired Skills and Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated, high performing individual with an aptitude for problem solving and automationStrong inter-personal skills; to be able to handle multiple stakeholders, multiple delivery timelines and able to manage different priorities; Partners well with other groups outside of the team s reporting line;Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making;Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels;Strong understanding of Task Mining and Task Capture and has experience in tools like Syntbots and UiPath toolsUnderstanding of business requirements and end-to-end processing; Ability to identify gaps & summarize findings; Good Analytics skills;Ability to manage own workload and deliverables;Excellent time management & project planning/strategizing skills;Experience in Signavio, Visio or any other Process Mapping tool is an added advantage;,
