Primary functions performed: affirmation, settlement, client money daily segregation, credit event management, client valuations, regulatory reporting, and tax reporting. The team is required to understand the fundamentals of the product and underlying instruments and business strategy and to continually improve control infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements and maintain control.Thunderhead is a licensed external Vendor application. It is the preferred strategic document generation solution and content management. Process involves Template Development for Legal Docs using the thunderhead platform. Plan and monitor progress of deliveries with agreed levels of quality and ensuring timely delivery.Summary of ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintenance of high quality Thunderhead templates across OTC Derivatives and Structured Securitization productsThunderhead Release management and Regression testingUAT testing on linked applications impacting Thunderhead TemplatesStakeholder s interaction for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycleWriting specifications, conducting gap analysis and requirements gathering.MIS Reporting and performing analysis on template breaksDrive project initiatives to increase efficiency.Skills and Qualifications4+ years experience in a Thunderhead AD / Thunderhead Developer role, preferable.Technical Experience in XML/XSLT, SQL, Java Scripting, Unix/Linux, WordML and VBA, preferable.Flexible with shifts timings.Equities Derivatives experience in a global financial institution, preferably in a mix of business and technical capacities.Understanding and practical experience of front to back business processes in OTC & Securitized derivative products preferable.Documentation regulatory (EMIR, CFTC) reporting awareness, preferable.Prioritizing work loads in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply.Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize & mitigate operational riskAttention to detail.Proactive in problem solving and developing solutions,
